I use Conditional Access if that is a requirement that the device is enrolled and the company what total control over corporate data. Then if a user removed the company portal the device is getting noncompliant and the user does not have access to mail etc. You can't explicitly stop them from uninstalling the app, no. This has nothing to do with Intune though as the devices themselves simply don't provide this option. This does lock them down but is not something you can simply flip a switch for.

Yes that is what i know as per my knowledge, but i already tried that before and conditional access was enabled, but when i delete the app the user was able to access his email without issues also i waited for a long time to check if the user receive any message mentioning that he should be compliance to access his email but nothing happened, that is why I'm confused.

I am testing a scenario where the user removes the company portal app from the device. I have applied CA policy which grants the access if the device is complaint and use approve client app both needs to be fulfilled and have targeted iOS devices.
Compliance policy is also applied with password restriction and mark the device non-compliant as "Immediate". But when I removed the company portal app from ipad, management profile stayed on the device and in Ibiza portal the device was showing as compliant.
